We want you to be satisfied with every TaskCore product. All products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchase products, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll process your refund — no questions asked.
Subscription Products
Subscription-based products can be cancelled any time from your account. Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial signup. After the initial 14-day window, cancellation stops future charges but refunds of past charges are not provided.
How to Request a Refund
For product-specific refund enquiries, please contact the relevant product support team (e.g., contact@primetask.app for PrimeTask). For general enquiries, email us at contact@taskcore.co with your purchase details and we'll handle the rest. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, account abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. Refund requests made after the applicable refund window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
